I helped Green Flower Media grow from a scrappy start-up to the recognized global leader in cannabis education. When I started, we were in zero colleges. When I left, we provided courses for 12 universities. My tenure also saw average monthly sales increasing by 240%. I had the privilege of writing our tagline, developing our voice, leading a marketing team, and working on a ton of excellent executions.

I was responsible for coordinating with graphic desingers and editors to take our promo videos from blank page to finished product.

EmaIL SEQUENCES
I created this email sequence (and four others like it) to help prospects learn more about Green Flowers bundle programs. Prospects would sign up to take a free program in the area of cannabis education they were most interested in, allowing us to segment them right away. After prospects completed their sample program they then moved onto the next stage of the funnel that educated them about the benefits of Green Flower training and offered them a limited time discount on a Green Flower package.

Because of the extent of our product offerings, we found that folks were having issues deciding on which GF program was right for them. And as the saying goes, confusion rarely leads to conversion. So I worked with my head of design to develop style guides that enabled each branch of our business to stand apart while still feeling uniquely Green Flower.
These different branches of our brand have been flushed out and reinforced throughout consumer touchpoints helping us cut down on confusion and highlight the breadth of offering Green Flower brings to the table.
